Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated: 6 June 2026

1. Introduction

This statement is made by NexusAIC Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and sets out the steps we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. We make this statement on a voluntary basis in line with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, recognising that we currently fall below the statutory turnover threshold.

2. Our Business

NexusAIC Ltd is a UK-registered company developing an agentic, multi-LLM platform for end-to-end software application delivery. Our registered office is 469 Kingsway, Manchester, United Kingdom, M19 1NR. Our supply chain is short and consists primarily of cloud infrastructure providers, software vendors, and professional services firms.

3. Our Policies

We have zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. We expect the same standards from all suppliers, contractors, and business partners. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business relationships.

4. Due Diligence

  • We assess new suppliers for reputational and ethical risk before engagement.
  • We prefer established providers operating in jurisdictions with strong labour-rights protections.
  • We include modern-slavery and ethical-conduct expectations in our supplier terms where applicable.
  • We review our supply chain periodically and respond to any concerns that are raised.

5. Risk Assessment

Given the nature of our business — a small UK-based technology company sourcing primarily digital services from established providers — we assess our overall risk of modern slavery in our direct operations and immediate supply chain as low. We remain vigilant and will reassess as our business grows.

6. Training and Awareness

All members of our team are made aware of this statement and our expectations regarding ethical conduct. As we grow, we will introduce role-appropriate training on identifying and responding to indicators of modern slavery.

7. Reporting Concerns

Anyone with concerns about modern slavery in our business or supply chain is encouraged to contact us via our contact page. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

8. Approval

This statement has been approved by the directors of NexusAIC Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually.
