Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 6 June 2026
1. Our Commitment
NexusAIC Ltd is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and, where applicable, the Equality Act 2010. We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website, regardless of ability or technology.
2. Conformance Status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site is built with semantic HTML, supports keyboard navigation, uses sufficient colour contrast, and works with modern screen readers. Some areas may not yet fully conform; we are working to identify and resolve any remaining issues.
3. Measures Taken
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%.
- Use of semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and labels.
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
- Alternative text on meaningful images.
- Colour contrast that meets WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Forms with associated labels and clear error messages.
4. Known Limitations
Some decorative animations and gradients may not render meaningfully for users of assistive technology; these are not essential to understanding our content. If you encounter content that is difficult to access, please let us know so we can prioritise a fix.
5. Feedback and Contact
If you experience any difficulty accessing our website, or you have suggestions for improvement, please contact us via our contact page. We aim to respond within 10 working days.
6. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010 in relation to digital accessibility in the UK.
